The Barkwhiz NEX1 intelligent pet grooming dryer with brush helps to dry and brush pet hair effortlessly, while also helping to style it with this all-in-one device.

Check if the power cord is damaged, make sure to dry your pet’s fur until it is no longer dripping water. 
Plug in the power socket.
The machine is now powered on.
Click the right-side button with a “+” symbol to increase the fan speed gradually. Adjust the wind power according to your own needs. 
The ‘+’ and ‘-‘ symbols for temperature adjustment are located on the left side of the panel Lightly touch the symbols to adjust the temperature by 1℃.
After use, please press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the device. 
Clean the floating hair on the comb and filter.

Precautions

- Do not press or rub the air inlet and outlet with nails or sharp objects to avoid damaging the product.
- Please keep this product out of reach of children.

Common questions &solutions
- Host can not power on
Please check if the power socket is properly connected.If the power cord is connected and powered on, please press and hold the power button of this product for 3-4 seconds to restart it. Then test if the device can be used normally. - How to deal with noise from this product during operation, which scares my pets ?
The rated power of this product is only 200W, and while the noise may increase with the airflow, it should still be within an acceptable range. If your pet is using it for the first time, please hold onto them until they become accustomed to the noise after multiple uses. With repeated use, your pet will likely become comfortable with the sound of this product during operation. - What should I do if the product heats up during use? During use, this product generates heat due to the operation of the motor and heating module, which is a normal phenomenon and does not require excessive concern. However, make sure that the product is not covered during use as it needs proper ventilation to dissipate heat.
