INSTALLATION STEPS

  • STEP 1
    • Place the 2 pins and tag in the applicator.XTPRO-Autonomous-Rancher-App-FIG-1 (1)
  • STEP 2
    • Place the tag on the front of the animal’s ear with the flexible arm routed beneath the top leading edge of the ear.

Assigning your Tpro Tags in the Autonomous Rancher App

If your animals ARE in the App

  1. Open the Autonomous Rancher app on your device.
  2. Go to the menu bar > Working Cattle > “+” > “Assign 701x Device” > “Save.”
  3. Open the working cattle station you just created called “Assign 701x Device.”
  4. Tap “Station: Default Station.”
  5. As the animal loads into the chute, type in the visual ear tag number and select the animal.
  6. Tap the QR code icon to scan the tag OR tap “Select a Tag” and select the tag with matching device identification.
  7. Tap “Save.” Your 701x device is now assigned to an animal.

If your animals ARE NOT in the App

  1. Open the Autonomous Rancher app on your device.
  2. Go to the menu bar > “Livestock” > “My Herd” > “+” and fill in all required fields.
  3. As the animal loads into the chute, tap the QR code icon to scan the tag OR tap “Select a Device” and select the tag with matching device identification.
  4. Tap “Save.” Your 701x device is now assigned to an animal.
