The utilization of the SOS feature on the Armor 23 Ultra should be reserved solely for critical, life-threatening circumstances. Once activated, the SOS response centre will be notified that you need assistance together with your location. After this, you will be prompted to answer a series of questions that will provide the response centre with more context on your situation. If you cannot complete these, your SOS alert will still be responded to. The response centre will try to engage in a two-way chat to gather more information on your situation.
