IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using electrical appliances, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• If the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it immediately after use. The proximity of water presents a hazard even when the air styler is switched off; for additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your electrician for advice.

• Always store this appliance and cord in a moisture-free area. Do not store it in temperatures exceeding 140°F (60°C).
• This appliance is for household use only.
• DO NOT plug or unplug this appliance when your hands are wet.
• NEVER block the air openings of the appliance or place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air openings may be blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
• DO NOT direct hot air toward the eyes or other heat-sensitive areas.
• Attachments may be hot during use. Allow them to cool before handling.
• While using the appliance, keep your hair away from the air inlets.
• DO NOT operate with a voltage converter.
• DO NOT use this air styler to dry a wig (or brush) made of something that may burn easily.
• DO NOT use this air styler to dry a wig (or brush) that has been cleaned in something that may burn if it may still have some of the cleaners on or in it.

KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

• This appliance is equipped with an automatic thermal limiter, which will cycle off when overheated and come back on when cooled down. If the unit cycles off, unplug the cord for several minutes before restarting.
• This appliance features a polarized plug with one blade wider than the other. As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

ALCI Safety Device

This appliance is provided with an appliance leakage circuit interrupter (ALCI) safety device built into the plug. This device is designed to make the unit inoperable under some abnormal conditions, such as accidental immersion in water. The ALCI safety device is equipped with a test button so that its operation can be checked. This unit should be tested before each use to confirm that the safety device is operational.
To test:
After plugging in your air styler:

1. Press the reset button on the ALCI device.
2. Press the test button. The reset button will pop out. This verifies that the safety device is operating properly.
3. Press the reset button to reactivate your ALCI safety device.
4. Your air styler is now ready for use.
   This unit may automatically trip when unplugged. If so, the unit must be reset after it is plugged in.
   If the air styler doesn’t reset after following the above testing procedure, contact the manufacturer.
   Should the ALCI safety device trip (i.e., the reset button pops out) during use, press the reset button. Should the air styler fail to reset, contact the manufacturer? Never operate this appliance if it has been dropped in water.

• 0.75” air curling iron with clip for effortless curls
• 1.5” rotating airbrush with firm bristles for volume and shape
• 1.25” bristle airbrush for bouncy curls and waves with volume at the roots
• Smooth & shape cushioned paddle airbrush with soft ball-tip bristles for a sleek finish
• Drying nozzle to remove excess moisture and to prepare hair for styling

PROGLOSS™ SUPER SMOOTH OILS
Every product in the Revamp® haircare range is infused with Progloss™ super smooth oils – enriched with Keratin, Argan oil, and Coconut oil for ultimate smoothness and shine.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Wash and condition your hair as normal.
• Squeeze out excess moisture with a towel and comb through to de-tangle.
• Apply heat protection spray before drying, if desired.
• Plug the product into a 120V AC wall outlet.
• Before using the air styler, please ensure the appliance is switched off and cool. Fix the attachment onto the end of the air styler until it clicks in place. To remove the attachment, press the attachment release button and slide it off.
• To remove excess moisture and prepare hair for styling, please use the drying nozzle.
  CAUTION: Always allow the air styler to cool before adding and removing attachments.
• To create bouncy curls and waves with volume at the roots use the 1.25” bristle airbrush.
• For effortless curls, use the 0.75” air curl iron. Wrap the hair around the barrel and release the clip to gently maintain the hair in place.
• For even drying and ultimate volume at the roots, use the deep finger diffuser.
• For volume and shape, use the 1.5” rotating airbrush with firm bristles. Pull the brush upwards to rotate for easy, flawless styling. Push downwards to lock the brush in place
• Use the Smooth & shape cushioned paddle airbrush with soft ball-tip bristles for a sleek finish.
  The soft ball-tip bristles gently massage the scalp to minimize damage at the roots.
• Adjust the heat and speed switches on the handle to the desired setting (higher heat and speed settings for drying and lower heat and speed settings for styling):

• To use the Cool Shot press and hold the button at the front of the air styler. This will cool the hair and help to set the style.
• After use, switch off the air styler, by switching the speed setting to 0FF, unplug and allow to cool before storing away.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

• Switch the appliance off, unplug it from the mains and allow it to cool fully before cleaning.
• Wipe over all surfaces using a soft damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or cleaners.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Ensure all parts are dried thoroughly with a soft towel before reusing.
• To prevent cord damage, do not wrap the cord around the appliance, always store the cord loosely next to the appliance.
• Store in a cool dry place.
  Cleaning the Filter (feature 7)
• To maintain peak product performance and prolong motor life, it is important to regularly remove dust and dirt from the rear grille and clean it.
• Open the rear-grille cover.
• Clean with a soft brush and close the rear-grille cover.
  DO NOT USE APPLIANCE WITHOUT THE FILTER IN PLACE
  Smooth & shape cushion paddle airbrush (feature 11)
• Press the “clean release” button to open and clean the inside of the brush in order to maintain the
  performance of the product.

STORAGE

When not in use, unplug the unit. Allow it to cool, and store it out of reach of children in a dry location.
NEVER wrap the cord around the appliance, as this will cause the cord to wear prematurely and break.
Handle the cord carefully, and avoid jerking, twisting, or straining it, especially at plug connections.

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
FKA Brands sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. FKA Brands does not authorize anyone, including but not limited to retailers, the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer, or remote purchasers, to obligate FKA Brands in any way beyond the terms set forth herein.
