Product Usage Instructions
- Mount or Place Antenna Virtually Anywhere
- You can place the antenna in various locations such as on the table, windowsill, indoor wall, or outdoor wall.
- Connect the Antenna to the TV
- Connect the antenna to the back of the TV or through a digital converter box. Make sure to connect the amplifier as well if needed.
- Install the Antenna
- Find a suitable location to install the antenna, following the steps in the TV manual to scan for channels. Test the antenna position before final installation for optimal reception.
- Scan the TV for Channels
- Set the TV mode to Antenna or Air in the setup menu and scan for channels. Refer to the TV manual for detailed instructions on auto-programming or channel scanning.

- Why are some channels missing?
- If some channels are missing, try moving the antenna to avoid signal blockage or reflections. Rotate the antenna slightly and rescan the channels.

Install the antenna
- Find a convenient location to install the antenna and use it.
- Follow the steps in the TV manual “Scan TV channels” to operate.
- Note: After scanning the channel, please test your antenna position before finally installing it. In some cases,
- you may decide to relocate the antenna for better reception. See “Antenna placement options and tips” below.

Scan the TV for Channels
- A. In the TV’s setup menu, set the mode to Antenna or Air. Refer to the TV manual for detailed instructions.
- B. While in the TV’s setup menu, set the TV to scan for channels. This can sometimes be listed as auto-program, channel search or channel scan. Consult your TV manual for detailed instructions.
Antenna Placement Options and Tips
TV reception and quality depend on the distance from the transmitting tower to your home. Surrounding environments may also affect signal strength and reception.
If your reception is sporadic or needs to be improved, try the helpful tips below:
- Placing the antenna in a higher location may result in better reception.
- Facing the antenna towards the broadcast tower may result in better reception.
- Keep the antenna as close to the window as possible. If it is convenient, installing it on an outdoor wall will bring better reception.
- Do not install the antenna on metal walls or grids such as iron sheets, anti-theft nets, etc., so as not to affect the receiving effect.
- Important: When moving the antenna, always rescan the channels.
Correct use of amplifier switch
- Short range: 25-35 miles away from the signal tower.
- Long range: For over 35 miles away from the signal tower.
- If you are about 25-35 miles away from the signal tower, we recommend switching to the “Short Range” position.
- If you are far away (＞35 miles)from the signal tower, we recommend switching to the “Long Range” position.
- If you are not sure of the distance to the tower, you can scan the channel in two positions and then select a better one.
- Please rescan the channel after EVERY change of the switch.
Troubleshooting
The antenna did not receive any signal.
- Check to make sure that the antenna is properly connected to the TV or third-party receiver. Please refer to the “Installation Guide” under “Connecting the Antenna on the Back of the TV” in this manual.
- Rescan the channel. Please refer to the setup guide under “Scanning Channels on TV” in this manual.
- Relocate the antenna to another location, such as above the wall, near a window or on an outdoor wall. It is best to install it on an outdoor wall, usually towards the broadcasting tower. The signal strength will vary according to specific conditions, such as mountains, hills, towers, buildings and even tall trees will affect the reception.
If some channels are missing.
- Some channel signals may be blocked. Please move the antenna and scan the channel again.
- Try to rotate the antenna 10 or 20 degrees in either direction to avoid reflections, and then rescan the channel.
When I watch the channel, the image or sound freezes, or the image is mosaic.
- This is usually caused by weak or intermittent signals. Please try to move the antenna to another location or point it in the direction of the broadcast tower of the channel.
Disposal of the appliance
- Under no circumstances should you dispose of the appliance in the normal domestic waste.
- Dispose of the appliance via an approved disposal company or your municipal waste facility.
- Please observe the currently applicable regulations. Please contact your waste disposal centre if you are in any doubt.
- The packaging is made from environmentally friendly material and can be disposed of at your local recycling plant.
