- Find your pulse.
- Press button A to start the chronograph.
- Count 30 heartbeats.
- Press button A again to stop the chronograph.

USE YOUR PULSOMETER
Find your pulse. When ready, push bu˜ton A, count 30 heartbeats, push bu˜ton A again to stop the chronograph. The secondhand will now tell you how many beats per minute your heart is beating.

HOW TO SET TIME
- Unscrew the crown counterclockwise and pull out to second click position.
- Turn the crown clockwise to set hour and minutes hand.
- Push the crown back into normal position.
- Allways securely screw in the crown.
You do so by pushing the crown towards the watch while screwing it clockwise until it’s 100%tight.
If this is not done correctly you risk that moist and dust will enter your watch!
USING THE CHRONOGRAPH
This chronograph is able to measure and display time in 1/20 second united up to maximum of 59min 59sec. The chronograph 1/20 second hand keeps continuously for 30 seconds after starting, and then stops at Zero position.
- Press button • A • to start the chronograph.
- The chronograph can be started and stopped each time button “A” is pressed.
- Press button “B” to reset the chronograph and chronograph minute and second hands return to their Zero positions.
CHRONOGRAPH RESET
This procedure shoud be performed when the chronograph second hand does not return to the Zero position.
- Pull the crown out to the 2nd Click Position.
- Press the button “A,’ once to set the chronograph second hand to the Zero position.
- Press the button “B· once to set the chronograph 1/20 second hand to the Zero position.
- Once the hands are set at Zero position, reset the time and return the crown to its normal position.
