Product Description:

• The SUP-01 is an intelligent electric air pump with an LCD screen.
• It is designed to inflate inflatable tents, SUP boards, and other inflatable products.

Usage Instructions

1. Check Accessories: Open the package and check all the accessories listed in the instruction manual. If any damage is found, contact the local supplier for assistance.
2. Read the Instruction Manual: Before using the product, carefully read the instruction manual provided.
3. Connect Air Hose: Connect one end of the air hose to the air outlet (number 5) of the pump with a clockwise rotation.
4. Connect to Inflatable Product: Connect the other end of the air hose tightly to the inflatable product. Ensure a secure connection.
5. Set Pressure Unit: Press the PSI/BAR button (number 2) on the pump to choose the desired pressure unit.
6. Set Pressure Level: Use the + or – buttons (numbers 4 and 9) to set the required pressure level.
7. Start Inflation: Press the On/off switch (number 8) to start the inflation process.
8. Adjust Pressure: During the inflation process, you can use the + or – buttons to adjust the pressure as needed.
9. Automatic Stop: The pump will automatically stop working when the pre-set pressure is reached.
   Fault Analysis and Treatment: If you encounter any issues with the pump, refer to the following fault analysis and treatment

steps:

The pump can’t start:

• Low battery power: Charge the pump using the charging cord.
• Overheat: Allow the pump to cool down and then start it again.

Inflation is slow or abnormal: 

• Check for damage or blockage in the air hose: Replace the air hose if it is broken and clear any blockages.
• Ensure a secure connection: Reconnect the air hose tightly to the inflatable product or the main body of the pump.
• If the problem persists, contact the local supplier or sales agency for further assistance.

Additional Notes:

• Factory Set Pressure: The pump comes with a factory-set pressure value of 10 PSI (10 PSI = 0.689 BAR). The pump has a memory function that records the last preset pressure. When using the pump again, the default pressure will be the same as the last preset pressure.
• Standby Mode: If there is no operation within 2 minutes after electrifying the pump, it will enter standby mode. Press the power switch button to start the machine again.Please note that this response is provided in English.

Product Introduction

SUP-01 is an intelligent electric air pump with an LCD screen, which can inflate for the inflatable tent, SUP, etc. It has the function of stopping automatically when the pressure reaches the pre-set pressure.

Warning

1. To avoid danger, keep this product away from children and people incapable of disposing of it.
2. This product is not suitable for people with depression, and intellectual disabilities es.
3. Don’t charge for battery when you are moving, repair it.
4. Don’t use the product when your hand is wet, and don’t put the product on wet ground.
5. Check the highest pressure the airbag can tolerate before using the product.

Instructions to inflate

1. Connect the air hose on the air outlet (5) with a clockwise rotation (Picture 1).
2. Connect the other end of the air hose with the inflatable, and screw it tightly (Picture 2).
3. Press “PSI/BAR” button to choose the pressure unit.
4. Press “+” button or “-” button to set the pressure needed.
5. Press the On/off switch to start to inflate
6.  You can press “+” button or “-” button to adjust the pressure during working.
7. When reaching pre-set pressure, the product stops working automatically.

Note:

1. The factory-set pressure value of the pump is 10 PSI (10 PSI = 0.689 BAR). The pump has a Memory function, It will record your last preset pressure. When you would like to use it again, the pump default pressure will be the same as the last one you presented
2.  After electrifying, if no opera on within 2 minutes, the pump will enter standby mode, press the power switch bu on to start the machine.

NOTES

1. Don’t block the air inlet(10)at the bottom of the pump to ensure that the air inlet is always open.
2. Comply with the local waste disposal program, please don’t discard the pump.
3. Don’t use the pump when the air hose is broken. Change it immediately.
4. Don’t pull out the air hose when working in case the high pressure hurts the body.
5. Don’t let the air pump work for more than 20 minutes, because motor overheating could cause product damage; Cool this pump for about 30mins after continuously working for 20 minutes
6. If any part is damaged, please do not use the air pump, and ask professional personnel for repair.
7. This product must not get wet in the rain or water. To prevent risks, inflatable entrance shall not be faced to the body.
8. Don’t leave when the product is working.
