Troubleshooting Charging IssuesIf the wireless charging feature does not work as expected, verify the following:

  • Make sure that your mobile device is capable of wireless charging. See the product specifications of your mobile device.
  • Make sure that your mobile device is placed correctly on the base.

Assembly instructions

  • Step1. Take a wireless charger. See Figure1.
  • Step2. Take the wireless charger and install it on the bracket. See Figure2.

    This module is stand-alone modular. We provided manuals to guide our customers to use the host device and to use the wireless charge function for the host device.
