Are Garmin data reliable?

95% of the time, Garmin® GPS receivers are accurate to within 15 meters (49 feet).

How does Garmin gauge effectiveness?

The performance condition function evaluates your pace, heart rate, and heart rate variability to create a real-time assessment of your capacity to perform in comparison to your average fitness level when engaging in an activity like running or cycling.

How long till Garmin finishes?
