FIRST USE

  • When the toaster is plugged in and operating for the first time, put the browning control at the maximum level without bread. Repeat this operation twice to avoid residual odours.
  • To toast bread, put the bread in the slot and select the browning level. Press down the loading handle. The toaster will heat up automatically and start toasting.
  • When toasting is finished the loading handle will rise automatically. The toast can then be safely removed.
  • To stop toasting press the CANCEL button at any time.

BROWNING LEVEL
The browning control enables adjustment of toasting time. It is adjustable from 1 (less time) to 6 (more time).

CLEANING

  • Check that the appliance is unplugged from the mains and completely cold.
  • Clean the outer casing with a damp cloth. Never let water get inside the toaster, nor insert any metal objects in through the bread slot. Never use abrasive cleaning products.
  • Internal parts can be easily damaged. Do not touch the internal parts of the toaster with any implement.

CRUMB REMOVAL
IMPORTANT: Always unplug the toaster from the mains before doing this. Open the crumb catcher tray and remove the contents. Insert again the crumb catcher tray.

CORD STORAGE
The cord can be kept based on the device.
