EX360 Installation Diagram
- Fix the fan onto the radiator;
- Fix the radiator with the fans onto the case.
Intel Platform Installation
- Check the Intel metal back plate and the motherboard socket.
- Place the back plate screw to the back plate with a plastic gasket between it and the motherboard, then pass the back plate screw through the motherboard to its obverse side.
- Hexagonal nut onto the back plate screw from the obverse side of the motherboard. Plastic gasket between the motherboard and every hexagonal nut.
- Apply the thermal paste on the CPU surface.
- Insert the Intel bracket to the side of water block with “Intel” upwards.
- Tear off the protective sticker from the copper base of the cold plate and install the cold plate on the CPU surface and screw with spring nut (put a metal gasket between every spring nut and the Intel bracket). Make the copper bottom close to the CPU surface and lock the spring nut tightly and flat.
Intel Platform LGA 2011/2066 Installation
- Twist the 2011 double-headed screw to every hole on the motherboard by short threaded end (as below).
- Apply the thermal paste on the surface of CPU.
- Tear off the protective sticker from the copper base of the cold plate and install the cold plate on the CPU surface and screw with spring nut (put a metal gasket between every spring nut and the Intel bracket). Make the copper bottom close to the CPU surface and lock the spring nut tightly and flat.
Intel/AMD Bracket Installation
- Select the corresponding bracket to the motherboard type (Intel/AMD) with “TOP” upwards. Installation is as below.
- The bracket can be pushed into the card slot directly. No screws are needed.
AMD Platform Installation
- Select the AMD metal back plate to the motherboard socket (FM1/FM2/AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+/AM4).
- Place the back plate screw to the back plate with a plastic gasket between it and the motherboard, then pass the back plate screw through the motherboard to its obverse side.
- Hexagonal nut onto the back plate screw from the motherboard’s front side. Plastic gasket between every hexagonal nut and the motherboard.
- Apply the thermal paste on the CPU surface.
- Insert the AMD bracket to the side of water block with “AMD” upwards.
- Tear off the protective sticker from the copper base of the cold plate and install the cold plate on the CPU surface and screw with spring nut (put a metal gasket between every spring nut and the Intel bracket). Make the copper bottom close to the CPU surface and lock the spring nut tightly and flat.
