ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Tri–Fold Hard Tonneau Cover
Warning:
- Tonneau cover must be completely secure in the closed position or
opened position while driving. DO NOT DRIVE with cover in partially opened position. - Clean the debris before fold the tonneau cover.
- Professional installation would be highly recommended.
- Period check to ensure all clamps remain secure and tight.
- Remove the tonneau cover before tow the truck from rear.
- Do not drive without clamps correctly clamping.
- Check the hinge before fold or unfold during installation. If any damage
found, do not use the cover and contact us.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Part List
Step 1:
- Clean truck bed thoroughly before installation.
- Stick the supplied front seal strip on the front bed rail by aligning with the outer edge.
Step 2:
1. Place the assembled cover on the bulkhead against the cab.
Step 3:
1. Slide the front clamp to the best position, clamp the interface under the metal bed rail point, and then use the Triangle screw to rotate into the metal rod to fix the entire clamp.
Step 4:
1. Connect the provided Rear clamps to the T-bar on the cover as shown in the figure.
Step 5:
1. Fix the rear clamp on the third cover as shown in the second cover.
Step 6:
1. Adjust the connection position of the rear clamp and T-bar according to the actual situation, open the cover and place it on the lathe, and push the rear clamp vertically to fix it to the rails on both sides of the lathe.
Step 7:
1. All clamps must be firmly in contact with the lip of the metal bed rail to ensure a firm cover.
Step 8:
1. Slide the front clamp to the best position, clamp the interface under the metal
bed rail point, and then use the Triangle screw to rotate into the metal rod to fix the entire clamp.

Finally, close the tailgate to complete the installation.
Step 9:
1. When it is necessary to completely fold the cover, place the rear clamps correctly clamping rubber block, and then fold it.
