Important Safety Information

How to use it to start the ultrasound
- When the gear is in a normal ultrasonic state, it faces the microphone. “WO, WO, it will make an ultrasonic, the green light will light up, and it will make a sound quickly.
- When you slide the button from left to right to enhance the ultrasonic wave, you will start “WO, WO, WO, Ultrasonic Wave”, the green light will light up, and the sound will be quickly emitted.
- When you slide the button from left to right for normal ultrasound, you will face the microphone: “Wow, wow, will emit an ultrasonic wave, you will turn on the green light, and there will be sound.

Troubleshooting
- Q: Not responding to my dog.
Answer:- Make sure the device is turned on.
- Please make sure the device is fully charged, then turn on the device, face the microphone and say WO, WO, if the normal ultrasonic wave does not work, try sliding the gear from left to right to test.
- Check whether there is any blocking object in front of the ultrasonic transmission.
- The ultrasonic effect will be weakened if the dog’s ears are covered. 5. Human beings cannot hear ultrasonic sound.

- Use ultrasound to block unwanted dog barking. Follow the training steps below.
(Note: Different breeds of dogs respond differently to ultrasound. For best results, there are three gears to find the best gear) - Place the outdoor barking control device within the dog’s range and switch the device to off frequency, fixed frequency or frequency hopping. Warranty
The original purchaser of this unit has a l-year warranty. The Warranty starts from the date of purchase. For the first year, warranty repair service includes parts and labor. After the first year, the limited lifetime warranty covers parts only and excludes labor and accessories. Accessories such as batteries are only covered for the first year. All freight incurred, parts costs after the first year, and labor costs associated with out-of-warranty repair work are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not provide a warranty for products purchased secondhand or resold. Replacement and refund questions for equipment purchased from an authorized reseller within 30 days must be directed to the reseller. If you purchased the product from an authorized dealer after 30 days from the date of purchase, please send the unit to us for service and repair. We do not cover repair and replacement costs resulting from owner or dog misuse, improper maintenance and/or lost unit. The warranty is void if the device has been altered or damaged by unauthorized persons while attempting repair work.

If the unit malfunctions, refer to “Troubleshooting” on page 11 in the manual before sending it in for service. A copy of the sales receipt showing the date of purchase may be required before warranty work can begin.
