PREFACE

Thank you for choosing External hanging filter. To enable you to properly and safely operate this series product more efficiency that can enjoy the high quality performance, please read through this manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

Cautions when using the external filter

1. The rated voltage, frequency which stated on the water pump nameplate must be checked if they are agree with the actual use voltage, frequency.
2. The power supply wire of the pump must not be replaced, when there’s any damage to the power supply wire found in using, do not continue to use.
3. Make sure that the socket for this unit must be put upper than the tank, avoiding any accidentally power leakage caused by water leakage resulting from disassembling of water pumps.
4. Remember to power off before installing, disassembly and cleaning.
5. Do not wet the plug, do not touch the plug with damp hands.
6. Please add water to this filter in the first time use to start the water pump.
7. We recommend updating the filter plate in time for better filtering effect. ( Replacing the filter plate in time when the water becomes cloudy.)

Filter plate: double layers filling sponge with efficient insided carbon, insure perfect lilting effect.
Adjusting knob: Adjust the container to the horizontal position.
Adjustment switch: Adjusting the water flow, increase the flow by clockwise turning.

Place the filter obliquely as shown in the figure to fully filter the water flow.

Superficial film processor

• The oil film suction head floating on the water level
• The oil film processor can be manually adjusted up and down or clockwise, counterclockwise
• To regulate the water flow, increase the flow by clockwise adjusting
  

Superficial film sector

Professional film processing technology. Unique design of oil suction head, insures efficient absorption of the oil on the water surface by full play of the buoyancy control of the oil film suction head.

Cautions when using Superficial film sector

1. For the first time, The Oil suction head may occasionally too up-floating to absorb the oil. pause the motor, let the suction head freely sinking, Then power on again, it runs normally.
2. Regularly clean the suction head, to insure normal working effect.
