BEFORE USE

• Note: The appliance must never be switched on when clamped together. Ensure that the appliance is open.
• Take the product out of the box.
• Remove all packaging material. Keep the original box.

Operation

• Plug the device into a power supply.
• Select the desired temperature using the touch screen.
• Press the on/off switch. The device will heat up very quickly.
• The LED indicator light will flash until the programmed temperature has been reached.
• Make sure the hair is completely dry and comb through before styling.
• Pressing the tong button, place the heating barrel midway up the hair section. Lay the prepared strands one at a time between the barrel and tong.
• Close the appliance and draw the device slowly through to the tips of your hair. Repeat until your hair is as straight or curled as you desire.
• To avoid crimped ends, make sure they are securely wound under the tong in the direction of the desired curl.
• Note: Remember to always place the tong on top of a section when making a curl you want rolled under; place the tong under the section when making a flip style.
• Wind the hair up as far as you want it curled, being careful not to let the device touch the scalp. Hold in place for 5-8 seconds depending on the texture and length of your hair.
• For tighter, bouncier curls, roll less hair. For loose, free-flowing curls, roll more hair.
• To remove the curling tong, press the tong button and pull it away. To “set” the curl, do not comb or brush hair until it cools.
• When you have finished using it, press the on/off button to turn the device off.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning and maintenance.
• Do not submerge the device in water or any other kind of liquid.
• Place the device on top of a heat-resistant surface until it cools down before storing it.
• Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the product.
• Do not wind the cable around the device.
• Store the device in a dry place, away from the reach of children.
• The product should not be stored while hot or plugged in.
