How To Fit
- Identify the left and right earbuds.
- Rotate the earbuds, and adjust to find the best angle.
- Make sure the ear tip seals in the ear canal.
Pairing Your Earbuds
First time pairing with device
- Step 1: Remove the both earbuds from the case simultaneously and the earbuds will enter into pairing mode.
- Step 2: Activate Bluetooth on your Bluetooth-enabled device and search for other Bluetooth devices
- Step 3: Select “EarFun Free” from the list of Bluetooth devices shown (if a password is needed, type ‘0000).
Note
- The earbuds will automatically connect with the device they were last paired with when the earbuds are taken out of the case.
- Each earbud could be used independently.
Connect to a new device
Option A
- Step 1: Unpair the earbud from the bluetooth-enabled device when it’s connected. The earbud will lose bluetooth connection to the current device and enter into pairing mode.
- Step2: Search on the new device and connect.
Option B
- Step 1: Triple press the L/R earbud when it’s connected and the music’s off. The earbud will lose bluetooth connection to the current device and enter into pairing mode.
- Step 2: Search on the new device and connect.
Option C
- Step 1: Double press the L/R earbud when it’s on and not connecting to any device. The earbud will enter into pairing mode.

Note
For Android devices, the volume unsyncs between the device and earbuds. Even turned up to its highest, it still might be insufficient. You may double press the Ror L to increase or reduce it respectively.

Reset and reconnectiong
If you tail to build connection between two earbuds, or between earbuds and Bluetooth device, please try the following steps:
- Step 1: Unpair EarFun Free from your Bluetooth-enabled device and delete the old connection on your device.
- Step 2: Pick up the earbuds from the case and press the buttons for 2s at least to power off until they flash in red.
- Step 3: Press and hold the button on each earbud for at least 8s until they flash in purple
(Do press until they flash in purple. If not, they aren’t reset successfully,) - Step 4: Place them back into the case and remove it again to start reconnecting.
Troubleshooting
- Q: Canl use both earphones separately?
A: Yes, each earbud could be used independently. - Q: The earphones are turning on, but it doesn’t connect to my device?
A: To connect the earbuds to your device, please check if the Bluetooth of the device is on at first, then select “EarFun Free’ on the Bluetooth list to get paired. If the earbuds still can’t connect to your device, please try to reset it, or contact our customer support - Q: Why the connection is not stable and cuts out intermittently?
A: Please make sure there are no objects between the earphones and your Bluetooth device, and make sure there is no radio or WIF interference nearby. - Q:What is the range of Bluetooth earphones?
A: Bluetooth earphones have maximum range of 49 feet (15m, no obstacle). However, the actual range will depend on usage and environment. - Q: Is there volume control on the earphones?
A: Yes. Double pressing the L earbud decreases the volume while double pressing the R could increase it. - Q:My earphones will not switch on.
A: Please recharge it and make sure it has enough battery power. If it is fully charged and still nothing happens or if you are not able to charge the unit, please contact our customer support for warranty cover - Q:Is the charging case waterproof?
A: No, the earbuds are IPX7 sweat & waterproof, but the charging case is not waterproof. - Q:Will the earbuds shut off automatically?
A: The earbuds will remain on as long as they are connected to a device, If no audio is in use, they will enter power-saving mode and wake up once audio is played. If the earbuds are not connected with any devices, they will automatically shut off in 10 minutes.

I received mine on 1/15/2020, and it now claims that the L and R earbuds may be used independently, I believe that this is a new upgrade to this product. - Is there a audio delay when watching videos?

No there shouldn’t be at all. Mine don’t have any audio delay. - I was searching the questions/answers, but still unclear. if i buy these, do i still need to buy something else so that i am able to charge them?
All you need to prepare is a charger, the charging cable is included in the package. - How do I get both earphones to connect? Only the right side connects. I’ve tried to turn the left side off and on.. but nothing.
They should both connect right away. If you have an issue, I highly recommend you contact EarFun. They are super helpful and responsive and have great customer service. - Can I travel on a flight with this? or are these not allowed?
Yes, you can use it in the plane. but we suggest not to use it in the airport because the bluetooth might be disturbed. - I ordered this product but the optional earbuds weren’t included in the package. Should I return the package or can you send me these?
Mine were in the box with the USB cable in a tiny plastic bag. - What’s the charging voltage? 110V or 220V?

Hello, you can push the left button twice to enter the next tune, and press the left button three times to enter the previous tune. You can adjust volume with voice assistance like siri and google now by shortly pressing the right button twice. - Does it come with Qi wireless charger?
It does not come with a charger. It will work with Qi, but no charger included. - Should lights on case always be on? Mine stays completely dark unless plugged in, then all four lights go on.
Yes lights stay on all the time while plugged in it doesn’t matter whether ear buds are in case or not.
