The Honda TRX90 A21 Hood is designed for fitment on 2006 or newer models. It is specifically designed to address the issue of the stock hood sucking the plastics inward and distorting them. With this hood, the plastics can relax and maintain the same width as the TRX450r.

Product Usage Instructions
Removing Fender Bolts
- Locate the fender bolts on the sides of your shrouds.
- Using a suitable tool, remove the fender bolts to allow the plastics to come out more freely.
Installing Hood
- Position yourself at the tank area of the TRX90.
- Pull in the hood and align it with the front plastics.
- Insert the push pins into their respective places to secure the hood.
- Note that due to the shape of the hood, you may need to apply some force to achieve the proper fit.
Front Plastics Installation
- Move to the front of the TRX90.
- Pull down on the front plastics to align them with the little notched area.
- Ensure that the front plastics are kept inside of the notched area.
- Drill holes in the appropriate positions to mount the front plastics.
- Secure the front plastics with push pins.
Reinstalling Fender Bolts
- Once the hood and front plastics are securely installed, reinsert the fender bolts on the sides of the shrouds.
- Tighten the fender bolts to ensure a secure fit.

Honda TRX90 A21 Hood Installation: Fitment 2006 or Newer
- Remove your fender bolts on the sides of your shrouds, and it allows the plastics to come out a little more free. At the tank area, you pull in the hood and put the push pins in place.
- It’s a tight fit to get the proper fit with how the hood is shaped.
- Then you move to the front. Pull down, line up your front plastics with the little notched area keeping inside of the plastics and then drill your holes and mount with the push pins.
- You can then put those bolts back in place.
- On the TRX90, the stock hood sucks the plastics inward and distorts the plastics. So when we made this hood, we wanted to allow the plastics to relax and be like how the TRX450r is, with the plastics coming straight down and staying the same width. Installed Pictures Below:
