HOW TO PLAY

  1. Place EARTH, MOON or MARS on the SOLAR SYSTEM TABLECLOTH. ® The mat placed under the accessories is in case of gypsum fracture and dust diffusion during the digging period. Moreover, combined with the detailed instruction book, this mat will be an access for children to learn more about the solar system under parental guidance.
  2. Fill up the watering can with cool water and then spray onto EARTH, MOON or MARS. A watering can is used for softening and easy excavating. The water spray amount is based on how easily you want to excavate.
  3. Excavating EARTH, MOON or MARS for rocks & minerals with hammer and chisel.
  4. Patiently take out the rocks and minerals, removing the remaining plaster with the brush. If necessary, you can wash off/rinse the remaining plaster with water.
  5. Completely uncovering your genuine rocks? Congratulations! Now learn and try to identify your rocks.

Amethyst is a violet variety of quartz. It was used as a gemstone by the ancient Egyptians. The Greeks believed amethyst gems could prevent intoxication, while medieval European soldiers wore amethyst in battle in faith that it can heal people and keep cool-headed. Beads of amethyst were found in An- glo-Saxon graves in England. In ancient China, it was used to remove negative energies.

Red jasper means “spotted or speckled stone”, is a mineral that is more or less produced around the world. The most common are South African red jasper and Guilin red jasper.
