Mount antennas to wall mounts
- The threaded end stud on the mount can be oriented vertically or horizontally.
- Use the ¼” thread side of the threaded stud and attach the thread adapter.
- Attach the locking clutch to the thread adapter.
- Attach the antenna to the clutch.
Notes
- Antennas must be within 40′ (12 m) of the front-end audio rack.
- Dual antennas must be at least 6′ (1.8 m) apart.
- Due to varying mounting surfaces, screws are to be provided by the installer.
Route and connect coaxial cables to the front-end rack. Antennas already in place on the rack may need to be removed to connect the coaxial cables. Refer to the documentation provided with the audio rack for antenna connector locations.
- Aim dual antennas toward the microphone usage area, approximately 45˚ apart. For example:
- Football: aim at each 30 yard line
- Basketball: aim at each free throw line
- Aim personal monitor antenna toward the on-stage talent usage area.
