  • 35-foot wooden pole — About $8 per pole, per month**
  • 40-foot wooden pole — About $8 per pole, per month**
  • 45-foot wooden pole — About $10 per pole, per month**
  • 50-foot wooden pole — About $14 per pole, per month**

**EPB wooden pole costs vary slightly year-to-year. For the most current pricing, please visit EPB.com/OutdoorLightingRates. A lease agreement is required for new poles. Overhead Lighting for existing apartments, condos, and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) can only be installed on existing EPB wooden poles or an obvious extension of an EPB installed lighting circuit. LEDS — BRIGHTER, MORE NATURAL LIGHT THAT’S ENERGY EFFICIENT.
LED lights use less energy to produce the same light as traditional lights, and are more energy efficient. They direct their light, so you get the full intensity of their wattage without losing nearly half to reflectors. Plus, LEDs last longer, so they’re better for the environment.
