JBL E55BT not working. I have tried factory resetting but no success. They turn on and off randomly, without my input. They stay on for 10 seconds longest, making the on sound, then switch off silently 10 seconds later. I have tried everything I can – recharging, resetting, factory restore – nothing works
I have a similar problem where they work they’ll turn on but randomly turn off after a while sometimes but they don’t always turn on right away I have to keep trying to push the power slider switch to get it to work and sometimes when I am about to give up it’ll work or when ill give up it still won’t work. the charger but the charge red light will turn off then I’ll move the headphones and the red light goes back on and when they turn on it says 100% so I don’t honestly know if it’s just that it’s not charging and its great battery life that is keeping at 100%, or of its actually charging it that’s keeping at 100% charged. By the way, my model name that my headphones are is the JBL E45bt.
Did you find a fix for this by any chance? I’m experiencing the exact same problem you described. Headphones turn off randomly, sometimes almost instantly. Charging shows red light for only a while and headphones show 100% when connected. I have the E55BTs.

Hey, not sure if this helps anyone. I had problems disconnecting the Bluetooth pairing with my pair. Once I reset it , was flashing then randomly turned of. I realised once it started flashing then you could connect it to a device.
