IC RF Exposure Information and Statement
The SAR limit of Canada (C) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types: (IC: 6132A-JBLT120TWS) has also been tested against this SAR limit According to this standard, the highest SAR value reported during product certification for head use is 0.049 W / kg. The device was tested for typical bodily operations where the product was kept 5 mm from the head. To maintain compliance with IC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a separation distance of 0mm between the user’s head and the back of the headset. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories shall not contain metal parts in its assembly. Use of accessories that do not meet these requirements may not comply with IC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.
Head operation
The device was subjected to a typical head manipulation test. In order to comply with RF exposure requirements, a minimum separation distance of 0 cm must be maintained between the user’s ear and the product (including the antenna). Head exposure that do not meet these requirements may not meet RF exposure requirements and should be avoided. Use only the supplied or approved antenna.

Maintain a minimum separation distance of 0 cm between your ear and the earbud antenna, and use only the supplied or approved antenna. Avoid using accessories that do not meet separation distance and metal parts requirements.
The statement provides information on SAR limits, device testing, separation distance requirements, and the use of accessories to maintain compliance with IC RF exposure requirements.
The specifications include driver size, frequency response, sensitivity, maximum SPL, microphone sensitivity, impedance, Bluetooth transmitted power and modulation, Bluetooth frequency and profile version, headset and charging case battery type, power supply, charging time, and weight.
The LED indicators will flash different colors to indicate various statuses such as power on/off, pairing mode, and low battery.
Charging time is less than 2 hours for both the earbuds and charging case.
Place the earbuds back into the charging case to power them off.
The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when they are first powered on. If they do not enter pairing mode, press and hold the button on both earbuds until the LED indicators start flashing.
To power on, remove the earbuds from the charging case. To connect, enable Bluetooth on your device and select “JBL Tune 120TWS” from the list of available devices.
Insert the earbuds into your ears and adjust them until they fit comfortably and securely.
The box includes the earbuds, a charging case, a USB charging cable, and ear tips in three different sizes.
After pairing, don’t have sound. Please advice. My handphone is Samsung S20+.

Returned 1st set after failing to charge. Replacements have same problem. Never buy these again.
Does the left earbud not function if the right one is turned off? Sometime I only want one earbud in and that only seems to work with the right side.
The right earbud is the ‘main’ earbud. It will function on its own. The left one will not function without the right one.
you push the button on the left or right 3x to connect. its in the instructions.

Works great with no complaints as soon as the connection is established when the case is taken out i.e. in a second of use ready. I guess commenters have too many moving parts on the handset. Ready to use with one touch.

Right side is fully charged, but it’s always auto turn off by itself. Had doubled checked the battery is fully charged.

Po cca 30 minutách hraní levé sluchátko začne signalizovat vybití, za dalších 30 minut znovu a častěji,po cca 1,5h se levé vypne, po vložení do krabičky se pravé nabije a zhasne,levé svítí stále,přijde mi že se nedostatečně nabije. Stáří sluchátek 2 měsíce, odehráno max 12h. Je to normální? Děkuji za odpověď
aimar the right earbud also makes that random jingle sound ( for me sounds more like four guitar sounds) at least two times when charged which is really annoying to the point that I bought Jbl Go Air earbuds that don’t have that problem.

My left earphone is frozen on the blue light and it doesn’t do anything anymore, I can’t connect to it anymore. It no longer emits sound. The law works but given the price of these headphones I start to half panic, especially since there is no explanation for this “problem” on the internet.

The right earphone does not charge well, it makes false contact, it hardly moves it stops charging, it does not fit well in my ears, and the sound is very basic, not recommended
