Jiayi 165 Degree Soft Close Cabinet Hinges
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- Measure and mark the dimensions as shown in Figure 1;
- Drilling a hole in the cabinet door panel with a hinge hole opener as shown in Figure 2;
- The depth of the hole is not less than 12 MM as shown in Figure 3;
- Place the hinge cup in the drilled hole and install it with screws;
- Press the switch at the bottom of the hinge to remove the mounting plate;
- Install the mounting plate onto the cabinet side panel according to the dimensions marked in Figure 1, then fasten it with screws;
- Align the hinge and cabinet door with the mounting plate, and clip the hinge on the mounting plate;
- Adjust the A screw on the hinge to adjust the gap, adjust the door in and out;
- Adjust the B screw to adjust the door left and right.
