Drip Loop Precaution
WARNING: To avoid electric shock or other severe hazards, it is important to utilize a drip loop with your power cords. A drip loop prevents water droplets from  reaching the electrical outlet.
To make a drip loop, simply drop the power cord below the level of the outlet you’re plugging into. This way if any water gets on the cord, it will drip off before it reaches the electrical outlet.JumblPets Premium Fish Aquarium Kit - fig

Maintaining the Aquarium

  • Only keep the lighting on for 8 – 10 hours during the day and turn off the lighting system at night.
  • Give your fish a small pinch of food 2 – 3 times a day. Be mindful to avoid overfeeding. Overfeeding can lower water quality and clarity.
  • Only change 25% of the aquarium water once per monthNever empty all the water out of the aquarium.
  • Do not overcrowd the aquarium. Rule of thumb: 1″ of fish for every gallon of water. This may vary depending on the species of fish.
  • Do not place aquarium in direct sunlight.
