Storage and Operating Conditions
The storage and operating conditions include temperature ranges and humidity levels:

  • Temperature for storage: -20 °F to 158 °F (-28.9 °C to 70 °C)
  • Temperature for operation: -13 °F to 140 °F (-25 °C to 60 °C)
  • Humidity: 5% to 95% relative humidity (non-condensing)
  • Avoid exposure to dripping or splashing liquids, and do not place objects filled with liquids, such as vases, on the equipment.

Dimensions

  • Width: 5.91 inches (150.2 mm)
  • Height: 4.7 inches (119.4 mm)
  • Depth (with connectors): 2.36 inches (60 mm)
  • Depth (without connectors): 2.26 inches (57.5 mm)

Wall or DIN Rail Mounting of the Controller

  1. Mount the DIN rail on the wall or panel with the help of screws.
  2. Remove the lower terminal cover of the controller by using a flat-blade screwdriver to push the cover upwards.
  3. Remove the upper terminal cover in a similar manner.
  4. Deploy all the red unlocking clips to the mounting position by inserting a flat-blade screwdriver and moving it from the lower slot to the upper slot, as shown in the diagram.
  5. Maintain the controller in an orientation that the red clip is towards the bottom and towards the DIN rail.
  6. Mount the controller on the DIN rail and push all the red clips to lock it in place.
  7. Connect the power wires and Ethernet cables.
  8. Reattach the terminal covers.
  9. If attaching the protection cover or if the E/S module fixation is not required, this cover must be mounted to protect the contact terminals on the side of the controller. The cover also includes a transmission resistance for the bus E/S terminals, which should always be located at the bus E/S terminal end.
