HOW TO MAKE ICE CREAM
NOTE: Please thoroughly clean all parts that will contact with ice cream before use, including: cooling bowl, mixing blade, transparent cover, ice cream shovel, etc.
Before cleaning, you must ensure that the power cord plug is disconnected from the outlet. When making ice cream, keep the machine flat on a level surface to ensure that the compressor of the machine is working properly.
Here are the steps to make an ice cream:
Step 1.
Pour the well prepared recipe ingredients in proportion into the removable bowl, then have a uniform mixing (see below picture).
Step 2.
Then put the loading bowl into the ice cream machine and press it tightly (See below picture).
Step 3.
Place the mixing blade into the removable bowl and keep the mixing blade bottom hole fitted well with the motor axis. The put the transparent lid onto the machine and lock it anticlockwise (see below picture).
Step 4, Step 5, Step 6 and Step 7.
Step 8. You can add the favorite ingredients by opening the refill cover (See below picture).
Step 9.
After the operation is over, first press the ON/OFF button to turn off the machine, and then pull out the removable bowl.
OPERATION

2.2 PROCEDURE
- Plug in power, press the POWER button, the LCD display will display “60:00”, and the backlight of the LCD display will be When there is no other operation, the backlight will be off in 15 seconds, and “60:00” will still be displayed and flicker. Then, press the POWER button to return to the power on state.
- Press the MENU button will cycle through the three modes of [ICE CREAM], [COOLING ONLY] and [MIXING ONLY] in The “■” icon in front of the selected mode flashes (the block icons of other modes that are not selected will not be displayed), and the default time of the current selected mode will be displayed and flickered. If no other operation is carried out, the back light source will be off in 15 seconds, and when the mode is working, the back light source will be off in 15 seconds, long press the MENU button for 3 seconds to open the machine mode selection interface.
- After the mode is selected, the user can start to adjust the production time. The default time of ice cream production mode is “60:00”, the default time of cooling only mode is “30:00”, and the default time of mixing only mode is “10:00”. Turn the electronic knob, turn the knob to the right once to increase 1 minute, continuous rotation can increase quickly,
up to 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, press the right rotation to still display 60:00, the time cannot be increased. If the knob is rotated to the left once, it can be reduced by 1 minute. If the knob is rotated continuously, it can be reduced quickly, and the minimum can be changed to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, when the knob is rotated to the left again, it still displays 05:00, and the time cannot be reduced any more.
- After selecting the time, press the START/PAUSE button to start the In the production process, the backlight of LCD screen is always on, and the countdown starts from the selected time. In this process, if you press the START/PAUSE button, the mixing motor will stop working, and the LCD will display the stop time. If you press the START/PAUSE button again, you will continue to press the current setting mode and the remaining time to work. After pressing the START/PAUSE button to stop the mixing motor, if there is no other operation, the compressor will stop working after 3 minutes, and return to the power on state after 10 minutes and with a short sound.
3. KEEP COOL FUNCTION
Ice cream keep cool function: In order to prevent you from leaving in the ice cream production process, and after the production is completed, you cannot eat or save the ice cream in time, which leads to melting of the ice cream. We have added the following humanized design: when the ice cream is finished and no one is operating. Next, the holding time is 120 minutes. After 120 minutes, the machine will enter the standby state.
4. MOTOR SELF-PROTECTION FUNCTION
When the ice cream becomes harder, the mixing motor might be blocked. Then the motor protection device makes the mixing motor stop working by detecting its temperature to ensure the life of the motor.
5. CONTROLLING THE VOLUME OF THE INGREDIENTS
To avoid overflow and waste, please make sure that the ingredients do not exceed 60% of capacity of the removable bowl (Ice cream expands when being formed).

MAINTENANCE
Caution: The plug must be removed before cleaning to avoid electric shock.
- Take out the mixing blade, wipe it with a dampened cloth
- Take out the removable bowl, clean it with a dampened soft cloth
- Wipe the transparent lid and refill lid with a dampened cloth
- Remove the dirty on the body or other places with a dampened cloth, and do not pour water on cord, plug and ventilation, immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid
- Allow drying thoroughly with a dry cloth, then return the component to the home
