The HZ-194APB 18.5″ Widescreen LCD Monitor from Hanns-G is an aesthetic, versatile widescreen monitor with a VGA input and 1366 x 768 resolution.
To change the brightness on an external monitor, use the buttons on it. The Brightness slider appears in the action center in Windows 10, version 1903. To find the brightness slider in earlier versions of Windows 10, select Settings > System > Display, and then move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.
You plug one end of the cable into your device, be it a laptop, desktop computer, or external graphics card, and the other into your display. The devices may detect one another and configure things automatically, but you may need to use a remote or the controls on your monitor to manually select the DisplayPort input.
If the power cord is removable from the back of the monitor, try replacing it with another power cable. If you still cannot turn on the monitor after trying another wall outlet and cable, the monitor is broken and should be replaced.
Please check and connect the USB A-B cable, after connecting, the problem can be solved.
It is recommended to use a soft cloth and alcohol cleaner. Then spray the cleaner on the cloth and wipe the screen lightly. Make sure the glass and screen are completely dry before using the device again.
Disconnect the power before cleaning. Wipe the outer shell with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth (apply a small amount of non-ammonia, non-alcohol-based glass cleaner if necessary). To avoid damage to the coating, NEVER use alcohol, methanol, gasoline, or oil products on the outer shell.
The webcam is plug & play and doesn’t need an extra driver. Please make sure that the bundled USB B-A cable is connected to the PC.
