Unscrew the container and remove it from the base. Remove the orange silicone plug. Wash the container and the cap with dish soap and warm water. Do not wash the generator!!! Do not submerge in water!!!

Assemble the unit and fill in the container with warm water (<60°C / 140F) then screw the cap. Please leave it to soak for an hour.
Fully charge the device while waiting. Plug it to any USB source and wait for the green light.

Rinse and fill in with warm water again (below 60°C / 140F). Press and hold to power the device. Wait until the cycle is over. A beep will indicate the end and the light will go off.Rinse one last time and use normally.

HOW IS THIS DEVICE DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS ON THE MARKET?
To go beyond the typical concentration of 1600 PPB, Ocemida uses a high-pressure design consisting of a reinforced hydrogen chamber and a Tritan plastic container.

WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT LIGHT COLORS MEAN?
Red means the battery needs to be charged.
Green indicates a fully charged battery.
A flashing light means either the membrane is dry or there is a battery problem. Contact us for tips or a replacement.
WHAT KIND OF A CHARGER CAN BE USED?
The unit requires a 5V, 1A USB charger. You can also plug it into the USB port of a computer or use your USB phone charger.
DO NOT LEAVE THE DEVICE CHARGING ALL THE TIME! When you see the green light, UNPLUG IT!
This will increase the battery life.

WHY IS MY BRAND NEW GENERATOR WET INSIDE?
DuPont membranes require 100% humidity to operate. This is why we ship the unit moist after testing it with the specially designed silicone plug. Make sure to remove the plug before use!!!
WHEN SHOULD I USE THE SILICONE PLUG?
The silicone plug should be used when the glass container is not used for long periods or to protect the membrane from damage, dust, and mold. You should always use the plug if you only carry the base with a regular water bottle.

IF THE MEMBRANE IS ALWAYS WET, IS THERE A RISK OF GROWING MOLD?

If a bottle isn’t used for long and is in a damp environment or specific climate, mold can grow inside.
If this happens, wash the container and the cap with soap and warm water and rinse the membrane with a large quantity of hot water (below 60°C / 140F).

Rinse it with warm water and use it as usual.
Don’t like the smell of vinegar? You can disinfect the membrane area with our specially designed cleaning solution.

IS IT DISHWASHER SAFE?
- Do not use a dishwasher.
- Wash all the other parts manually.
- Do not submerge the generator in water.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN THE INSIDE OF THE BOTTLE AND THE GENERATOR?
- It’s recommended to rinse all parts daily with warm water and weekly with white vinegar.
SHOULD I USE SOAP OR OTHER CLEANING AGENTS ON THE MEMBRANE?
- Soap or other cleaning agents could damage the membrane. Only rinse the membrane with pure water or vinegar.
- Use a cotton swab or a cotton pad to clean the threads.

HOW MUCH HYDROGEN WATER SHOULD I DRINK A DAY?
According to the hydrogen water expert Dr. Shigeo Ohta, all you need is two glasses of hydrogen water per day (500 ml)
IS IT POSSIBLE TO OVERDOSE ON HYDROGEN-RICH WATER?

CAN I USE IT WITH REVERSE OSMOSIS OR DISTILLED WATER?
Yes. Purified water will increase the life of the membrane.
IS HYDROGEN WATER THE SAME AS ALKALINE WATER?
No, hydrogen water has molecular hydrogen dissolved in the water, while alkaline water has dissolved minerals.
CAN THE HYDROGEN GENERATOR BE USED WITH ALKALINE WATER?
You can add alkaline drops to your hydrogen water but do not use alkaline water in your device.
DOES HYDROGEN WATER HAS ANY EFFECTS WHEN APPLIED TO THE SKIN AND SCALP?
Yes, hydrogen is absorbed through the skin, and it will also have antioxidant benefits.
CAN I GIVE HYDROGEN WATER TO MY PETS?
Yes, hydrogen is completely safe, and your cat, dog, or fish can benefit, too, from its antioxidant properties.

MY DEVICE WON’T POWER ON

Press and hold the power button. If you see a red light, it means you need to charge the device.

MY GENERATOR DOESN’T MAKE ANY BUBBLES OR BUBBLES ARE VERY BIG

The membrane is dry. Soak it in warm water (below 60°C) for at least one hour and then run a few cycles with warm water.
Remove the silicone plug.

WATER IS LEAKING FROM THE BASE

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

If the leak is when the generator is operating, the gas pressure may increase too much inside the container.
Unscrew the cap every two cycles.
Remove the container and place the silicone gasket properly.
Screw the container tightly to the base.
