Secure the hooks of the panel to the sides of the crate, then secure the safety latch in the middle of the panel and attach the safety latch on the top to the top panel of the crate.MidWest-724UP-Ultima-Pro-Series-48-Dog-Crate -fig-8

Maintenance

To protect the finish your crate and the bottom pan, use only mild, non-abrasive cleaners and water. Any coarse scrubbing or abrasive materials could damage finish. Do not expose the plastic pan to direct sunlight for extended periods of time as this may lead to warping or damage of pan. To help reduce noise, place a piece of carpet or cut a piece from the crate carton and place it inside the crate beneath the pan. The plastic handles are provided to transport crate when in folded position and are not intended for use when the crate is fully assembled. To remove handles, push down firmly until they disengage and do not twist them.

  1. To disassemble, reverse this process outward on the end panel while pushing down on the top panel. Then fit the hooks over the end wire on the top. On the 36”, 42” and 48” crate, be sure the “u wire” stop on the end of the top panel rests over the top wire of the door panel
