   Not really it’s enough for a room but there are 2 jacks so u could get another battery-powered speaker and plug that in too.

   I don’t believe so. It has a rechargeable battery pack.
5. How long does it take to charge and how long does the battery last on a single charge?
   I’m not sure exactly how long it takes to charge. We normally rotate speakers once they die out. But the charge last 2-3 hours I’d say.
6. The battery pack on my cooler won’t charge. Is there any way this can be fixed?
   Have you tried charging it with another cable? It is possible the cable is defective.
7. Lost the charging cord for the black box, does anyone know which cord I need to replace it with?
   I BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN USE THE SAME CHARGING CORD YOU WOULD USE TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE.
8. Does anyone use actual ice in this or just reusable freezer packs?
   We recommend using freezer packs.
9. How can I get a replacement charger?
   It is an “old school” Mini USB (NOT Micro USB) connector. If you lose it, you can probably find another one of these sitting around with your old cameras, MP3 players, and game controllers from the early 2000s.
10. Can I buy a new battery pack?
    I don’t believe so. It’s a rechargeable battery pack.
11. Is this waterproof? 
    It is water-resistant. It can handle light rain and splashes but avoid dunking or dipping in water.
12. How long does the battery last when playing music? 
    Between 4-6 hours of continuous play, depending on how loud the volume is.
13. Delivered today 11/2/19 not Wednesday 10/30/19. was repackaged, no instructions won’t pair can’t find the battery. how do we resolve this? 
    There is a pouch on the outside of the cooler and there is a flap inside the pouch, that velcros, that has the battery. There is a button u have to flip on the battery box that u have to turn on in order to pair it. When it pairs it will come up Gabba Cooler. The battery pouch is hidden very well inside the outside flap.
14. Does the battery pack have to be turned on in order to charge or can it b off it has no light indicator to see if it is charging or not?
    No, the battery box does not need to be powered on in order to charge. It will take a charge when it is turned off.
15. Can you put ice in the cooler and it’s Bluetooth right?
    It is Bluetooth. You can put ice in it. But I found that when there’s ice in it, it leaks.
16. What size batteries are used?
    There is a built-in rechargeable battery so no batteries are needed from you.
