TRIMMER AND CORNER CUTTER SPECIFICATION
- Corner Cutter: Rounded R=3mm – 1 sheet
- Cutting capacity: Straight Cut – 3 sheet

SET UP:
- Put the machine on the table steady.
- Make sure the total maximum thickness of laminated material is within 0.5mm.
- Pouches film accepted: 80micl3mill-125micl5mill.
USER GUIDE:
- Connecting the power, and choose the COLD/ HOT function, the red light will be on.
- Choose the COLD function to start COLD laminating, Wait till the green light is on, the machine is ready for operation.
(Need cold lamination film] - Choose the HOT function to start HOT laminating, wait for the ready light on.
The Machine is ready for operation. (Warm-up time: within 2 mini - Insert the sealing end of the pouch into the machine to start work.
- The thickness of over 125mic (5mil) pouches is forbidden.
- Make sure the total maximum thickness of laminated material is within 0.5mm.
- Switch off when not use and unplug the power cable.
- When jamming, hold the jam release lever till the jammed document is pulled out.
- Due to the various supplies of the pouch makers so they will be slightly adaptable to the temperature difference.
If you do not get satisfactory results from output then try to wait for 1-2 minutes and re-operate again.
You may also re-laminate to get a more satisfactory output result.
SAFE INSTRUCTION (IMPORTANT)
- Do not touch the laminator while the machine is in working.
- Make sure that the supplied AC voltage is correct and stable.
- Do not put any materials on the machine’s surface while the machine is in working.
- Always unplug the appliance when not in use.
- Do not take out the plug when the machine is in working.
- Do not put any other materials into the machine.
- Remove paper clips and staples before laminating.
- Do not use it when the power cable or plug is not in good condition.
- If needed to use the extension cords, make sure the rating voltage is correct.
- The machine is only for laminating the paper material. Do not use for other materials.
- Do not spray anything into or lubricate the appliance.
POUCH USE INSTRUCTION
- Put the material in the middle of the pouch leave a 3mm margin on each side. Fig-1
- Insert the sealing end into the laminator. Fig-2
TRIMMER USE INSTRUCTION
- Trimmer is put in the bottom of the machine base, take out by opening the two locking slots. I Refer to Fig-3)
- Put the paper on the base. I Refer to Fig-4)
- Press and slide the cutter head. I Refer to Fig-5)
- The corner cutter is put in the bottom of the laminator.
Put the paper to the corner cutter, and press down, you can have the round angle. [Refer to Fig-6)
CAUTION: Be careful of the sharp cutter blade and do not touch the blade without any protection.
HOW TO LOAD A LAMINATING POUCH:
Our warranty period is within 12 months. Any problem, please contact our distributors, and do not repair by yourself.
