IMPORTANT: Please read and save this SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS before using the device. Basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and injury to persons or damage to the product.
ATTENTION! Before plugging the device in check if the voltage stated on the back panel of the device corresponds to the voltage capacity in your outlet. Operate the device only at the voltage stated on the underside of the device.

BEFORE USING THE HUMIDIFIER

  • Power lines may not be scratched, damaged, excessively bent, reversed, or knotted, otherwise can be caused by electric shock, short-circuit, and fire.
  • DO NOT let children play with the appliance.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.
  • Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
  • DO NOT heat near this urn facet any place using this machine.
  • DO NOT touch water and transducer in the mainframe base when in operation.
  • DO NOT turn the unit on when the water tank is empty.
  • DO NOT immerse the mainframe base in water.
  • DO NOT try to pull out the plug with a wet hand in case of an electric shock.
  • When the machine body inclines, please disconnect the power supply before any adjustment.
  • After start-up, do not touch the transducer, otherwise, you will suffer from pain.
  • DO NOT disassemble the machine at will in case of an electric shock.
  • DO NOT replace the power line by yourself. If the power line is worn, please contact Customer Support.

  • DO NOT shake the humidifier
  • DO NOT place humidifier on an inclined surface.

GETTING STARTED

How to Assemble

  1. Put the humidifier base on a flat platform.
  2. Put the water tank on the base. (When you are trying to fasten the water tank back to its base, remember to align the side printed LOGO with the side where the Dial Knob is.)

Warm Tips:

  1. Fill the water tank with normal water or warm water(42~ 104°F). Purified, filtered, and distilled water is preferred for better performance. Tap water can be used, but water scale and white dust (dried minerals)on surfaces may appear after a period of use. It is not recommended to use water with high mineral content, such as mineral water, etc.
  2. It is not allowed to let water into the base from the air outlet. Please wipe the outside of the humidifier with a dry soft cloth if there is water on the housing.
  3. Please pour out the water from the tank and trough if the ambient temperature below 0°C in case of water freezing and causing any damage.
  4. DO NOT add water directly into the trough.
  5. The height of adding water should not be higher than the water tank MAX water line.

OPERATION

Dial Knob Operation

  1. Plug in the humidifier.
  2. Power On: Turn the dial knob to the clockwise until it ‘click’ to turn on the humidifier. The indicator light would be green and produce mist.
  3. Mist Level Setting: Keep rotating the dial knob clockwise to increase the mist level. Rotate the dial knob counterclockwise to decrease the mist level.

  4. Power Off: Rotate the dial knob counterclockwise to the OFF position to turn off the humidifier. The LED indicator will turn off.

Note: There is a clicking sound when the humidifier turns on/off.

WATER SHORTAGE PROTECTION

  1. When the water in the base sink is below the protection level, the humidifier will automatically shut off and stop producing moisture.
    Then the indication light will turn red. It is designed for safety concern to prevent the humidifier from possibly overheating and damaging the atomizer.
  2. Re-fill the water tank and put it back, the indication light turns back to green and it will start working again. Comfortable, soothing, visible cool mist will be produced immediately.

ESSENTIAL OIL

Add Aromatherapy Oils:
You can add essential oils into the water tank and enjoy the aromatherapy.

Essential Oil

Warm Tips:

  1. Aromatherapy essential oils are not included in the product list, you can buy them in supermarkets or on line.
  2. Please choose vegetable oil when buying essential oils, otherwise it may affect the atomization effect of the humidifier.

KEEPING THINGS CLEAN

General Cleaning

  • Power supply must be disconnected and the plug pulled out before cleaning.

Cleaning of Water Tank: Clean the inside of the water tank with clean water and wipe it with a soft cloth.

Cleaning of Sink and Atomizer Plate: Add an appropriate amount of distilled white vinegar and mixed with water to clean the sink, and wipe it with a soft cloth after cleaning.
Use a soft cloth and cleaning brush to clean the atomizer plate.

Cleaning of Water Tank Cover and Nozzle Cover: Clean the cover assembly with clean water and wipe it with a soft cloth.

Warm Tips:

  1. All maintenance should be done on a water-resistant surface, such as a kitchen counter.
  2. Change the water daily to avoid bacteria growth.
  3. If not using the humidifier for 3 days or longer, do not leave water inside. Clean and dry the humidifier instead.
  4. DO NOT immerse the humidifier base, power cord, or plug while cleaning the unit.

Disinfecting the Humidifier

  1. Unplug the humidifier and empty water from tank & base.
  2. Fill the water tank with 2 tablespoon of distilled white vinegar with 2 cups of room temperature water. Shake vigorously to coat all sides of the tank and letsitfor30 minutes. Empty tan kind rinse with plain water.
  3. Fill the base with room temperature water, add 1 tablespoon of distilled white vinegar, and let sit for 30 min. Use the cleaning brush swab to clean the atomizer plate. Empty the base and wipe the base with a soft cloth.
  4. Dry all parts with a dry, clean cloth. Make sure all parts of the humidifier are completely dry before reassembling and storing in a covered space.

Warm Tips:

  1. Use a soft cloth and the included cleaning brush to remove scale from all parts.
  2. DO NOT mix vinegar and bleach solutions together. Doing so may pose a potential health hazard.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the machine does not work appropriately, please check as following before turn to maintenance service.

Problem Possible Causes Solutions
There is water accumulation around the humidifier. The water tank is not properly placed on the base. Make sure the tank is properly placed on the base.
The lever floating ball is not corre­ctly installed and securely in place. Make sure the lever floating ball is correctly installed and securely in place.
The humidifier is not on a flat, level surface. Make sure to place the humidifier on a flat, level surface.
The water tank is leaking. Check the water tank for leaks. If there are leaks, contact Customer Support.
Mist from the humidifier is much smaller. Water in water tank has been run out and water sink fails to be filled so the mist level of machine is low during operation at low water level. Fill the water tank with clean water by a water container.
The humidifier is at the state of low mist level. Turn the mist level to the highest setting.
Mineral build-up on the ultrasonic transducer. Clean and descale the humidifier regularly.
White dust appears around the humidifier. High mineral content. Clean the humidifier and use purified or distilled water to fill the humidifier. Avoid using water with high mineral content.
Mist volume can­ not be adjusted. Potent biometer knob goes wrong. Contact our Customer Support for help.
Humidifier uses water too quickly. The humidifier uses up water based on the environmental temperature and humidity. If your environment is cold and/or dry, the humidifier will run out of water faster.
Humidifier makes a loud or unusual noise. The water tank is not properly in place. Empty the base chamber. Refill the water tank (not the base chamber) and place the water tank properly onto the base.
The internal fan has started to wear out for a couple of years of use or using in a dusty environment. Contact our Customer Support for help.
Mineral build-up on the ultrasonic transducer. Please clean and descale the humidifier regularly.
The hum edifier may be malfunctioning. Stop using the humidifier and contact Customer Support.

The humidity level isn’t changing in my room. The room may be larger than the humidifier’s effective range. Use a higher mist level setting.

If the room is larger than 107ft2-290 ft’ (10-27 m2 , the humidifier will not be ) as effect.

Humidification time is not enough. Depending on your environment, the humidifier may take longer to humidify your air.
  • If the machine is still not working after checking the possible reasons above, the machine may have other problems, then you should contact Customer Support.
    Other persons than professional technicians are not allowed to disassemble this
    product.
