    1. The heart pulse graph is a visual representation of your heart rate. The graph shows the heart rate as a function of time. The graph has been divided into four zones:
The green zone is the resting heart rate zone, where you are at rest and your heart rate is between 50 and 70 beats per minute (bpm).
The yellow zone is the fat burning heart rate zone, where you are active and your heart rate is between 70 and 85 bpm.
The red zone is the training heart rate zone, where you are working out and your heart rate is between 85 and 100 bpm.
The blue zone is the maximum heart rate zone, where you are working out at maximum intensity and your heart rate is above 100 bpm.
The Polar A300 Fitness and Activity Tracker measures your heart rate continuously during exercise. The Polar A300 Fitness and Activity Tracker will automatically detect when you start exercising based on your speed or acceleration. When you stop exercising, it will automatically detect when you stop based on your speed or deceleration. It will then show you the average of all measurements during exercise in the training graph in Polar Flow web service or mobile app.
If you have not exercised for a while, the Polar A300 Fitness and Activity Tracker will use a resting value for the first few minutes until it has measured your actual resting value. This way it can give an estimation of how long it takes to get back to a resting value after exercise.
