Product Information

The Poly Voyager Focus 2 Office is a wireless headset designed for office use. The headset comes with a base that includes the following features:

• Computer lamp
• Bluetooth connectivity
• Desk phone lamp
• Charging capability

The base of the headset has numbered components as follows:

1. Computer lamp
2. Bluetooth connectivity
3. Desk phone lamp
4. Charging port
5. Button 1
6. Button 2
7. Button 3
8. Button 4
9. Indicator light
10. Magnetic charging contacts
11. Power switch
12. Audio jack

The headset can be connected to a mobile device via Bluetooth and to a desk phone via an EHS adapter. The Poly Lens App can be downloaded to personalize settings and use the headset’s sensors.

Product Usage Instructions

To charge your headset:

1. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the base of the headset.
2. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a power source.
3. The indicator light on the base will turn on to indicate that the headset is charging.
4. The indicator light will turn off when the headset is fully charged.

To connect your headset to a mobile device via Bluetooth:

1. Ensure that your mobile device’s Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Press and hold Button 2 on the base of the headset until the indicator light begins flashing.
3. On your mobile device, search for available Bluetooth devices and select “Poly Voyager Focus 2 Office.”
4. If prompted, enter the passcode “0000” to pair your headset with your mobile device.
5. The indicator light on the base will turn solid blue to indicate that the headset is connected to your mobile device.

To make calls using your desk phone:

1. Ensure that your desk phone is connected to the base of the headset via an EHS adapter.
2. Press Button 3 on the base of the headset to answer incoming calls.
3. To end a call, press Button 3 again.

To use the Poly Lens App:

1. Download the Poly Lens App from your app store.
2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to personalize your settings and use the headset’s sensors.
