Product Usage Instructions
Before Installation:
- Professional installation is recommended.
- Do not touch the bulb with bare hands. Oil can affect the lifespan of the bulb. If you accidentally touch the bulb, please clean it with rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth before installation.
Installation Steps:
- Remove the two 10mm bolts and two clips to detach the grill from the vehicle.
- Locate and remove one plastic clip on each headlight to release the trim piece.
- Prepare to remove the bumper:
- Remove the three plastic clips on top of the bumper.
- Gently pull back the bumper to access a ten-millimeter bolt that needs to be removed.
- Locate and remove a 10mm bolt inside the fender liner.
- Pull the fender liner out to reveal the bolt holding the headlight in place.
- Remove this bolt to free the headlight.
- Remove the two 10mm screws on top of the headlamp assembly.
- Twist and remove the bulbs from the back of the headlight.
- Lift the tab on the headlight assembly and carefully tilt it forward to detach the headlight.
- Take the WEELMOTO headlight and insert the bulbs.
- Align the new headlight assembly in place and secure it with the bolts.
- Transfer any clips or attachments from the old headlight to the new one. Reinstall the bolts, trim pieces and bolts. Put the grill back.

- Step 2
Locate and remove one plastic clip on each headlight to release the trim piece.
- Step 3
Prepare to remove the bumper:- Remove the three plastic clips on top of the bumper.
- Remove the three plastic clips on top of the bumper.
- Step 4
Gently pull back the bumper to access a ten-millimeter bolt that needs to be removed.
- Step 5
- Locate and remove a 10mm bolt inside the fender liner.
- Pull the fender liner out to reveal the bolt holding the headlight in place (this bolt is located on the side of the plastic L-shaped bracket).
- Remove this bolt to free the headlight.
- Step 6
Remove the two 10mm screws on top of the headlamp assembly.- Twist and remove the bulbs from the back of the headlight.
- Lift the tab on the headlight assembly and carefully tilt it forward to detach the headlight.
- Step 7
- Take the WEELMOTO headlight and insert the bulbs.
- Align the new headlight assembly in place and secure it with the bolts.
- Transfer any clips or attachments from the old headlight to the new one. Reinstall the bolts, trim pieces and bolts. Put the grill back.
