Operation Guide
Before use, please note
- Charger adapter not included. A universal USB charger is fine, suchas your phone charger (2A above is suggested).
- When using the product for the first time, please make sure it is fully charged.
- It is recommended to charge up the product every 3 months to prolong its lifespan even if the unit has not been used.
Recharge the Jump Starter
- Step 1. Connect the jump starter to the power supply via the USB-C charging
- Step 2. Disconnect the power after it is fully charged.
Tip: Do not charge the jump starter unit immediately after starting the engines, but at least 30 minutes later
Charge Your USB Devices
- Step 1. Plug the Charging Cable to electronic devices with USB output.
- Step 2. Press the power button to start charging. Disconnect when charging is not required.
LED Flashlight
Press the switch button for 3 seconds to start the LED light and short press to switch to SOS, strobe, and off in order.
Jump Start Your Car
Before use, please note
- This product is only suitable for 12V vehicles
- Before starting your car, please make sure that the remaining power is not less than 80%. Fully charged is suggested.
Step 1. Insert the clamp plug completely into the product.
Step 2. Connect the red clamp to the positive(+) battery terminal and the black clamp to the negative(-) battery terminal.
Step 3. Turn on the car engine to start car.
Step 4. When the vehicle has been started, remove the jumper cable from the jump starter and vehicle battery.
Indicator and troubleshooting
- “E1”- Low temperature charging protection:
Stop charging. it will automatically release protection when the temperature rises above 2°C - “E2” – High temperature charging protection:
Stop charging, it will automatically release protection when the temperature is lower than 45°C| - “E3” – High-temperature discharge protection:
Stop charging, it will automatically release protection when the temperature is lower than 65°C
Maintenance
- Do not use the product to start an already expanded car battery.
- Please store the product in a cool, well-ventilated place.
- Please hold the product carefully and gently to avoid dropping or hitting it repeatedly.
- Do not disassemble or modify the product.
- Do not use detergent to clean the product.
- Do not place the product in a high-temperature environment for a long time.
The use temperature of this product is -4-140°F. The storage temperature of the roduct should not exceed 122°F - Check the battery level of the product at least once every three months and recharge it in time.
- Keep away from children and pets.
Trouble Shooting
- Q: How can I turn off the product?
- A: The product will automatically power off when it detects no load or when charging is complete.
- Q: What is the storage temperature of this product?
- A: This machine is a lithium polymer battery with an operating temperature of -20-60°C/-4-140°F. If the ambient temperature is higher than 60°C/140°F, it may damage the internal structure of the battery and cause it to expand, resulting in a safety accident. So do not store this device in vehicles that are parked for long periods in hot weather.
- Q: How do you know if this unit is connected to the vehicle correctly?
- A: With the battery clamps connected to the vehicle battery, when the indicator on the jumper cable shines a steady green light, it means it’s connected correctly. If the red light is on and solid with beeping, it means it’s a reverse connection.
- Q: What should I do if this product can’t start a vehicle?
- A: Recharge this unit fully, and try to press the “BOOST” button on the jumper cable, wait for the GREEN LIGHT on and be solid, then start the vehicle within the 30s.If it still does not work, please contact us at: support@dyeetic.com (Attach your order ID).
