Installation and Replacement Procedures
- Turn the filter cover counterclockwise to remove it.
- Insert the new filter into the filter base and remove the old filter.
- Turn the filter cover clockwise to secure it.
- Align the slot of the filter base with the slot of the mounting base.
Note: Before use, run cold water for 1 minute in the pure position to rinse the filter.

NOTE:
- Do not use water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
- Twist the Filter Base from the Mounting Base.
- Twist the Filter Top Cover off and take out the old filter.
- Insert the new filter into the Filter Base.
- Twist the Filter Top Cover on.
- Align the slot of the Filter Base with the slot of the Mounting Base.
- Insert the Filter Base into the Mounting Base and rotate 90° upward.
NOTE: Before first use, run cold water for 1 minute in a “pure” position to flush the filter.
STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
- Replace your filter every 3 months or 320 gallons to prevent bacteria and fungus growth in your filter supply lines, and storage tank.
- Keep your unused filters in a cool, dark, and dry place until you need them.

Why does water leak between the mounting base and the faucet?
The filter may not have been installed properly. Or the silicone washer may be damaged Re-install the filter. Wrap Teflon Tape around the joint of the mounting base and the faucet. If it doesn't work, replace the silicone washer.

The filter cartridge may be clogged. Replace the filter cartridge.
